Right of Withdrawal (Article 52 et seq. Legislative Decree 206/2005)


If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.


The right of withdrawal can be exercised for one or more purchased items, provided they are unused and under the conditions indicated below.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal


To request a return, the products must:

  • be intact , unused and unwashed;

  • be returned in their original packaging complete with tags, labels and seals where present;

  • show no signs of wear, damage or missing accessories.


Ninety Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return if the product is:

  • used or damaged;

  • without tags / packaging;

  • missing original parts.

How to request a withdrawal


To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to:

Please enter the following information:

  1. Name and Surname

  2. Order number

  3. Products you wish to return

  4. Reason for return (optional)


You will receive a response within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Policy


Once the request is approved:

  • We will provide you with the shipping address for the return

  • you can choose the courier you prefer

  • The package must be shipped within 14 days of the return being approved.

Reimbursement


After receiving and verifying the product, we will process the refund within 5–7 working days , using the same payment method as the order.


The refund may be reduced in the event of a decrease in the value of the goods due to handling not necessary for product verification.

Products excluded from return


By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • worn or damaged products

  • items without tags or original packaging

  • underwear or swimwear if they do not have the hygienic seal

  • customized products upon customer request

Defective or incorrect products


If you received a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered:

  • report it within 48 hours of delivery

  • attach photos or videos of the problem

In this case, we will cover the return costs and we will send you a replacement product or issue a full refund.
